Shipping policy

At Curtainry, every order is custom made to your specifications, which means a little extra care and attention goes into each piece we create.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your items are completed and ready, they are carefully packaged and handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Dispatch Days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Any orders completed or placed toward the end of the week will be shipped on the next available dispatch day.

Free Delivery Offer (Curtains Only)

We offer free standard delivery on curtain orders over R1,500 within South Africa.

  • Free delivery does not apply to headboard orders.

  • Orders below R1500, as well as all headboard orders, will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

  • The free delivery threshold applies to the order total after any discounts or promotions.

  • Free delivery applies to standard courier services only.

Delivery timeframes remain the same, and are typically 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Headboards Shipping

Headboards are large, made-to-order items and require specialised courier handling.

All headboard orders incur a delivery fee, which is calculated at checkout based on size and delivery location.

Headboards are not eligible for free delivery promotions.

Delivery timeframes for headboards typically range from 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on courier routing and destination.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via a trusted courier service. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch for curtains, and 2–5 business days for headboards. 

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional delivery constraints.

International Shipping

We proudly ship Curtainry products to customers around the world.

International orders are typically dispatched within our standard processing timeframe and generally arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and local courier network. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

For a seamless shopping experience, all international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected securely at checkout. In most cases, you will not be required to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery, allowing your order to clear customs and arrive with minimal delays.

Please note that free delivery promotions apply to South African orders only and are not available for international shipments.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
